ganesh me no questions pie

Basically a meat pie composed of onions, ground beef, ground coriander, heat spices, potato, cheese. I used an egg and heavy cream binder. Toped the pie with pastry crust and a Mexican cheese blend. Garnish with ketchup

Sounds yummy, thanks for posting! How long did you bake it for, and was the meat and potato pre-cooked or raw going in?

12 min bottom rack 400. 30 additional min middle rack 375. Pre-cooked the meat and potatoes to get the seasoning right
